Flagstaff New Years Eve

Flagstaff has many events happening on New Year’s Eve.  Celebrate the new year with friends and family.  You have made it through Thanksgiving and Christmas. Now it is time to party. Downtown Flagstaff is the perfect place to find NYE parties, activities for the kids, or dinner.  New Years Eve is celebrated throughout the day, so folks who don’t want to stay up until midnight can enjoy all the fun too.

Celebrate New Years Eve with the Kids

For families, check out Flagstaff Noon Years Eve.  Starting at 10am on New Year’s Eve, Downtown Flagstaff will be celebrating early in Heritage Square.  At noon, toast the new year with sparkling apple cider and Hershey’s kisses.  The kids can decorate their own pinecones, too.  Kids will love ice skating at the Skate at the Station.  There will be a skating rink at the Flagstaff Visitor Center.

The Great Pinecone Drop

A Flagstaff tradition is to see the Great Pinecone Drop at the Weatherford Hotel.  Everyone can enjoy the celebration at 12pm, 10pm and midnight.  It is fun to watch an aluminum, 70-pound pinecone.
